About the RoleMy client are searching for an experienced Family Lawyer (minimum 3 years PQE) to join their thriving Family Law team. This opportunity is a result of the continued growth and success of their dynamic department.

Team & CultureOur Family Law team, led by a supportive and approachable senior solicitor, is known for handling a diverse caseload with expertise and care. You'll benefit from a collaborative, no-blame culture, with plenty of learning opportunities and a strong focus on employee well-being. While digital systems provide flexibility for remote working, they value in-person collaboration and ask team members to work in the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of Family Law matters, including:
    • Relationship breakdowns, divorce, and financial settlements.
    • Children's matters and domestic abuse cases.
    • Drafting and advising on nuptial agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Monitor, support, and delegate work to junior staff, including paralegals and NQs.
