Family SolicitorLocation – HastingsSalary – £45k+ Depending on experienceHours – Full time and office basedACS have teamed up with a successful South England based firm, who have several offices across the area, to support them in the recruitment process of finding a strong family solicitor!Duties
  • Supported by an Assistant you will deal with your own caseload of Family Law matters including relationship breakdowns, divorce, finances, children, domestic abuse, nuptial agreements
  • You will be responsible for communicating with clients and third parties whilst maintaining accurate records of all actions taken.
  • The role requires someone with experience in monitoring/supporting and delegating work with junior members of staff including paralegals, trainees and NQs
You will be
  • A Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
  • A great communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to work under their own initiative and manage their time and workload appropriately.
