  • Experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing
  • Confident in managing a fast-paced environment while supporting a busy Solicitor
  • Skilled typist with a background in audio transcription
  • Highly organised, capable of adapting to shifting priorities
  • Proficient in IT
  • Collaborative and team-focused
Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio transcription
  • Typing tasks, including the creation of attendance notes
  • Communicating with clients
  • Personal Assistant duties, such as scheduling appointments
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • File management
