We are seeking a dedicated Repairs Supervisor to oversee on-site works for our clients, including residential properties and voids. The ideal candidate will ensure operatives comply with health and safety regulations and follow job instructions meticulously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily contract operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely completion of supplier/subcontractor works, meeting all contract KPIs.
  • Address resident and customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all completed works.
  • Specify and inspect voids, presenting orders to housing offices.
  • Embrace company changes and participate in necessary training.
  • Achieve client expectations and complete all paperwork and reports as per company procedures.
  • Handle litigation issues from housing offices.
  • Organize operatives and assist in planning appointments with the call centre.
  • Conduct site visits as part of daily duties.
  • Adhere to HR policies and health and safety legislation, including necessary inspections.
  • Complete Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and deliver toolbox talks.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe workplace, including all operational offices.
  • Wear and manage personal protective equipment.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
  • Promote equal opportunities and comply with company policies.
  • Complete timesheets, worksheets, and reports as needed.
  • Mentor and coach apprentices and colleagues.
  • Accept jobs within the contract as directed by management.
  • Attend regular meetings with your line manager.
  • Conduct pre-inspections and submit reports promptly.
  • Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives.
