A Freelance No1 Site Manager is needed for a 9 to 10 month contract in Hastings, starting the first week of April 2025.
Candidates must hold a black or white CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and ideally Temporary works qualifications.
The project involves various tasks including piled foundations, drainage, services, slab, steel frame, roof, cladding, and fit out, along with 278 works and contiguous piling.
The initial groundworks phase will last approximately 4 months, with the entire project including fit out expected to take around 10 months.
The day rate for this position is to be agreed upon, and candidates should have relevant experience in site management.

The project will involve Piled foundations, drainage, services, slab, steel frame, roof, cladding and fit out. Along with 278 works, contiguous piling to widen the access road that is raised up.

Initially groundworks will take circa 4 months, with whole project to include fit out, circa 10 months

They are looking for a suitable individual to start 1st week of April 2025

Site set up
Liaising with local authorities
Reading drawing
Meeting contractors
All site communication, reviewing and authorisation of RAMS, reports, and issuing permits by an IPAD system.
Supported and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Day rate to be agreed
