Account Manager

Key Responsilbilities:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You’ll work with a mix of business and individual clients, managing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for client satisfaction and account growth.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with B2B and B2C clients, acting as their main contact and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Oversee client orders and projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor timelines and project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique requirements, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to update on progress, discuss any concerns, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, handling emails and calls, and processing documentation accurately.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with common applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and numerical abilities
  • Great organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
