Reed HR are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking technology company on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who is adept at aligning staff strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall strategic direction of the company.

The Interim HR Business Partner will...

  • Act as a Business Partner to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and adjust as necessary.

The successful Interim HR Business Partner will have...

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and practices.
  • Outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems.
