We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Stage 1 teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hastings. This position is perfect for a teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who is eager to provide a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for young children as they take their first steps into formal education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for KS1.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to provide a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on student progress and working together to ensure student success.
