Key Responsibilities:

  • Use effective de-escalation strategies to manage classroom behaviour.
  • Cater to a variety of needs and behaviours with flexibility and compassion.
  • Exhibit resilience and adaptability in your teaching approach.
  • Employ effective behaviour management techniques.
  • Understand the principles of attachment and trauma in education.
