As a Production Team Leader, you will be:
- Leading and Supervising: Overseeing a skilled production team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise on the production floor to ensure continuous workflow.
- Homing in on Training and Development: Training new team members and provide ongoing support to improve team performance.
- Cross-team Communication: Liaising with supervisors and other departments to coordinate and report on shift progress.
- Focusing on Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimise production efficiency.

As a Production Line Leader, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Mechanical Manufacturing experience.
- An understanding of process within a Mechanical Manufacturing environment.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety.
- Enthusiasm and an attitude of leading by example.
