They aim to continue their steady expansion through this brand new role due to increased workload.This varied role would suit a Property Manager looking to get into block management where they will be rewarded with continuous support and a funded qualification to help them progress their career.The Role:
- Manage a range of block properties in a local patch
- Undertake inspections and arrange planned and reactive maintenance
- Oversee budgets, service charges, rent payments and other associated financial duties
- Fully office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Person:
- Property Manager or similar
- Full UK Driving License
- Looking for an office based role
