As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and hands-on recruitment process, thriving in a KPI-driven environment. Main Dutie

  • Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancie
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees
  • Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases
  • Attend marketing fairs and clients visits
  • Work to the Company KPI targets
  • Managing an on-going candidate pool via job boards and social media
  • Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
  • Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Able to be on 24/7 emergency call
  • Carry other duties, required by management

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales
  • Previous experience in managing staff
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
  • Must have excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Good level of Education
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
  • Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
