As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and hands-on recruitment process, thriving in a KPI-driven environment. Main Dutie
- Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancie
- Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees
- Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases
- Attend marketing fairs and clients visits
- Work to the Company KPI targets
- Managing an on-going candidate pool via job boards and social media
- Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
- Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Advertising vacancies
- Able to be on 24/7 emergency call
- Carry other duties, required by management
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales
- Previous experience in managing staff
- Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
- Must have excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
- Good level of Education
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
- Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
