Grafton Banks Finance, a well-established company in the Hastings area, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis. This position is set to last for an initial 3-month period, with the successful candidate working 2-3 days per week to support the finance team.
The role involves assisting with the daily financial operations within the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and raising invoices
- Handling supplier statements
- Issuing credit notes
- Requesting and processing purchase order numbers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in finance
- Immediate availability, with a September start date
- An interest in part-time work (2-3 full days per week)
- The ability to commute to the Hastings office location.
