Your Role:As a Cover Teacher, you will ensure continuity in students' learning by delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Creating a positive and structured learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Providing constructive feedback on lesson outcomes and student progress
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Adaptability to teach across various subjects and age groups
- A passion for education and supporting student achievement
- Previous teaching experience or QTS is preferred but not essential
