Cover Teacher Role:
- Deliver lessons or activities prepared by the regular teacher or the school.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to students and staff on the progress and outcomes of the lessons.
- Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
- Adapt to different school cultures and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) or relevant teaching experience.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong subject knowledge and curriculum awareness.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Professionalism and a reliable work ethic.
