Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and make a real difference in the lives of older adults. Your core responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.

Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
-
Medication management and participation in duty rotas.
-
Carrying a caseload and providing continuity of care.
-
Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development.
-
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers.

Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
-
Experience working with older adults is ideal.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.

Part remote working available.
