Job Description:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and work with both adults and children.

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care needs
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with meal preparation and assistance to support clients
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided
• Engaging clients in social and recreational activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
• Experience working with both adults and children is a plus
