Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain the service's reputation.
Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and support the care team.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements.
- Address and resolve complaints effectively
Service Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legal compliance.
