Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, and we provide comprehensive training to support your journey. While prior experience with SEMH, attachment, and trauma is preferred, what matters most is your passion for helping children overcome challenges. If you have experience as a Youth Worker, Behaviour Mentor, or in similar roles, we encourage you to apply!
