About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including telephone cover, processing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
- Accurately input data into computer systems and assist with the production of reports, correspondence, and meeting records.
- Assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and event coordination for managers.
- Support the maintenance of office facilities, property security, and financial transactions such as processing invoices, petty cash and reconciliation.
- You have excellent organisationalskills and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- You have strong communication skills and work well with colleagues, clients, and external agencies.
- You are proficient with computer systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and document management adn some use of oracle.
- You have a commitment to confidentiality and can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
