Our client established in 1994 make it their mission to provide professional and efficient management for residential apartment communities. Each community employs on site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance personnel, dedicated to providing high level service and maintaining resident Satisfaction. Your part as Service Charge Accountant/Office Administrator will play a crucial role in the smooth running of this Hatfield office.

Main Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Record Service charge coming in for each block on blockman weekly
  • Issue reminders for Service charge - along with charges on blockman
  • Transfer and charges/fees to account when they are paid
  • Deal with lessee service charge statements/queries
  • Keep accurate record of reserve funds/budget allocations
  • Make a record of lessees on payment plans
  • Enter invoices to each block and upload
  • Pay invoices from contractors
  • Reconcile monthly bank accounts to blocks
  • Send account info to accountants as required - keep a record/ensure filing takes place on time
  • Send account updates regularly to directors where required
  • Answering incoming calls
