Key Responsibilities
- Support the full process of onboarding and migrating new clients onto the company's system with administratrative and customer service support.
- Manage the team inbox, ensuring timely responses.
- Create and manage sales and compliance reports using Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain and update the central database of client accounts.
- Draft and send agreements and amendments to clients for service launches and contract changes.
Person Specification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, data entry, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- Strong team player with a professional and approachable manner.
