Are you available immediately for a temporary assignment?  Do you have experience working within a student Examination setting adhering to strict processes and regulations? This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth administration and operation of  the examination and assessment processes from start to end. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring that all procedures and regulations are adhered to effectively role may be extended for the right candidate

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide and organise the administration process for examination boards.
  • Ensure system access is appropriate for students and staff.
  • Set up coursework and assessment processes.
  • Oversee examination mark entry, including progression and award information.
  • Minute taking for Examination boards
  • Release results and provide feedback related to examinations and assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with students regarding coursework and assessment procedures.
  • Organise examination boards and coursework processes for each student.
  • Implement regulation changes in the examination systems and undertake the checking and processing of documentation.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate systems for assessment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for external examiners
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues with student assessment and coursework processes, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of assessment and regulations processes.
  • I.T skills - Must have an advanced understanding of Excel in particular
  • Strong communication.
  • Experience in planning and organising examination and assessment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other:

  • Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Office based.
  • 3 months contract with the potential to be extended
