Our client is a leading Property Management company, established for over 20 years, demonstrating growth, sustainablity and leadership in their field.

Due to a recent promotion, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator to provide full support to their Property Management team based in Hatfield and helping deliver a the highest standard of service to their portfolio of buildlings. This is a full time permanent role, it is hybrid where 2 days will be spent in the office and 3 days working from home.

Duties include

  • Arranging keys and fobs for tenants
  • Set up supplier records
  • Provide keys to contractors
  • Liaising with tenants, leasholders and contractors to ensure works are carried out within promised timeframe
  • Acting first point of contact with leaseholders and contractors
  • Providing full administrative support to the team including scanning, filing and archiving
  • Dealing with all leaseholder communications
  • Liaising with Accounts ensuring invoices are paid
  • Raising work orders
  • Working in a hybrid business model

Essential Skills

  • Intermediate MS office skills including Excel
  • Excellent customer services skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve

The succesfful candidate must have a stable work history, a team spirit and an ability to multi task and juggle a varied work load, ideally having worked in a busy office providing administration support to a team. As this is a hybrid role, you will be required to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
