Accounts Payable Clerk - Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment
discrepancies.

- Ensuring accurate documentation is attached to invoices and
reconciling purchase orders.

- Posting invoices and credit notes with precise coding within the
system.

- Conducting monthly supplier statement reconciliations.

- Addressing queries effectively via phone and email.

- Overseeing the preparation and processing of supplier payments,
with appropriate managerial sign-off.

- Upholding compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items.

- Maintaining organised filing systems.

- Undertaking additional tasks to support the Financial Controller
as needed.

To excel in the Accounts Payable Clerk role in Hatfield, Hertfordshire you should possess:
