- To oversee all aspects of gym operations
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety
- Recruit, train and supervise all staff
- Ensure that there is adequate staff cover during all operating hours
- Manage all aspects of the financial budget
- Develop strategies to increase profitability

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and maintain current members
- A minimum of 3 years experience in gym general management, including managing wet areas eg, pools, spas and saunas.
- Strong understanding of gym operations, including equipment maintenance, and health and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- The ability to think on your feet and a passion to grow the business.
