Contract Support Administrator - Facilities Management

Location - Hatfield, AL10 9AB

Hours - Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week. 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm

As Contract Support, you will provide contract administration support to both client and site staff. The Contract Support Administrator will be responsible the company CAFM system, ensuring compliance on the contract and statutory requirements of maintenance activities are being adhered to. You will oversee theday-to-dayactivitiesofthe helpdesk team and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders to achieve punctual, practical, and cost-effective outcomes.

You will also administer the PPM scheduling for engineers on site; support the contract manager with reports; raise purchase orders for materials & sub-contractor works and support client requirements.

Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Experience of CAFM systems
  • proven experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment.
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Provenanalytical,problemsolvingandorganisationalskills
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks through to completion and to manage competing priorities
  • Detail orientated, numerate and accurate
  • IT literate with strong skills in using MS Office suite (Outlook,Word,Excel,PowerPoint)

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will have administrative experience gained in a busy, everchanging environment.

You will be paid an annual salary of up to £35,000.00 depending on experience, with access to great employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
