This is a very busy destination Pub and Restaurant in the heart of Hertfordshire. Out client is well known for offering some of the best "Pub" food in the area and have a brilliant reputation for great service. They have a large outdoor area which is very busy with drinks and dining throughout the summer.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a high quality fresh food environment, Must be comfortable cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and have a real passion for food. You will be working with the owners in writing menus and specials for both the Bar and Restaurant. If you have worked at a 1 rosette standard that would be beneficial.
