MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCEAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Modern Management Specialist to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. This role involves the design, implementation, and configuration of complex, large-scale Apple/Jamf/Windows-based solutions. As a senior team member, you will provide technical leadership for various assignments and guide internal and external customers in defining complex technical strategies using leading technologies.Responsibilities:

  • Support endpoint management technologies, including design and implementation, device enrolment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
  • Address sensitive customer issues at a senior level.
  • Highlight technical risks to minimise exposure to commercial loss.
  • Undertake individual consultancy assignments, analyse customer requirements, gather and analyse data, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure consultancy assignments are completed consistently and with quality, using Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with application owners to streamline the deployment process, including packaging and deploying applications using JamF/Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control.
  • Stay updated with current and future market developments, competitors, technologies, products, and strategies.
  • Maintain and acquire additional certifications as determined by business priorities.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Intune and JamF device management and enterprise support capability.
  • Extensive experience with endpoint technology, particularly Windows 11, Entra ID, Configuration Manager, Conditional Access policies, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Proficient in image creation processes, especially Autopilot processes or task sequences.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage security baselines and compliance policies to meet organisational security standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in designing and supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Experience with Workspace One for device management and support.
  • Knowledge of other mobile device management technologies, e.g., SOTI, Samsung Knox, and Good.
  • Familiarity with Directory and Network Services.

Requirements:

  • GOV SC clearance.
