SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and credit control
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Strong numerical Skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work well under pressure
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • UK driving license and own vehicle due to office location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to maintain consistent credit and cash flow
  • Maintain sales ledgers and manage the credit control process
  • Arrange timely applications for payment and invoices
  • Handle credit card payments
  • Attend regular meetings with the Senior Finance Team
  • Post and reconcile payments and transactions, addressing any discrepancies
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure daily dispatch of accurate invoices
