Junior Customer Support Advisor

They are looking for a Junior customer service advisor to join this close knit team of six people.

We are looking for a bright and intelligent candidate who is looking for a role with training and progression. Ideally you will educated to A level standard and have a years’ office experience.

This company is the UK’s largest manufacturer of bridal jewellery. They have been creating fine collections of handmade engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings and partnership jewellery since 1967. Today over 1,000 pieces of fine jewellery pass through their workshop every week. Each piece undergoes over 20 stages of development, with even the simplest rings passing through 12 pairs of hands in the 5 days it takes to make.

Their success lies in their fervent attention to detail and unrelenting passion for exceptional quality, design and service.

You will be working with their retail customers processing orders, repairs and enquiries within this busy and vibrant sales support department. You will only be dealing with business customers. This is a lovely modern office close to the main line station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the customer service team
  • Customer liaison, processing enquiries, orders and communicate about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • General office administration
  • External Sales Team support

Skills Required

  • Some office experience or telephone based customer service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and able to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Computer literate, very good understanding Microsoft and Adobe operating systems
  • Can handle complaints in a calm manner
  • Good numeracy skills

  • Possess a professional and super-friendly manner
  • Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls, calm and efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Never accepts average performance
  • Passionate team player with a great sense of humour

Benefits
