Service Coordinator

OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to plan and allocate reactive callouts of Field Engineers and prioritising engineer activities.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (40-hour week)

Service Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate customer reactive callouts to the team of Field Engineers.
  • Prioritising, scheduling and recording service engineer activities as well as logging all updates onto the system.
  • Chasing any requested information as well as keeping customers and the team informed of any updates.
  • Ensure the Service Desk telephones are promptly answered during all working hours.
  • Receive incoming enquiries from customers via telephone, email etc.

Service Coordinator – Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in maintenance services, logistics or scheduling engineers is essential.
  • Must have a good knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
  • Computer literate, with experience in MS Office.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
