We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our client's manufacturing facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in various operational tasks such as reeling & cutting, and more. You will also engage with our ERP system for inventory checks and ensure adherence to their Quality Management System.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform tasks including cable cutting, assembling electronic cabling kits, reeling of cables, crimping, soldering
  • Utilise the company’s ERP system to check and manage inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills with co-workers and managers.
  • Electronics qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, or City & Guilds) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs.
  • Interest and understanding of electronic technology and products.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of testing cable and electronic assemblies.
  • Aptitude for design, improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within a recognised Quality Management System (e.g., ISO9001 - 2015).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
