Robert Half is recruiting for a Finance Manager for our client in East Hertfordshire, on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months.

The 0opsition of Finance Manager will be varied and require the following skills and experience;

  • Perform accounting processes in scope for a range of sites, customers or functions such as month end, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting etc.
  • Regular engagement with site ops teams, Reporting team, BU FC's and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes
  • Build deep business knowledge for the customer/sites in scope to provide support for decision making
  • Effectively maintain period end and year end closing schedules for the customer/sites in scope
  • Adherence to finance processes and accurate, timely report production
  • Participate in process improvement workshops and activity
  • Provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager on process completion, issue resolution and any escalations
  • Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management
  • Support change programmes
  • Ensure all standard accounting processes on and off system are followed identifying continuous improvement opportunities to the Reporting Manager
  • Manage individual work-flow ensuring agreed deadlines are met

The position of Finance Manager will be hired on a hybrid remote working basis, this is an urgent requirement.
