About the Firm:
We are workingfinancial advisory firm that is committed to delivering exceptional financial services and advice to clients. They are now looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join their team, providing support with the day-to-day activities of financial planning.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planners by assisting with administrative and technical tasks. This will include preparing client reports, conducting product research, and ensuring all client documentation is maintained in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing suitability reports and client reviews.

  • Conduct research on financial products and providers to aid in client recommendations.

  • Maintain and update client records and files according to compliance guidelines.

  • Provide administrative support to the financial planners, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.

  • Prepare and process client applications for various financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance.

  • Manage and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient workflow within the team.

  • Assist senior paraplanners and financial planners with ongoing projects and client cases.

  • Ensure all work complies with internal and regulatory standards.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a financial services environment (preferred).

  • Solid understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection.

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic knowledge of financial planning software (experience with platforms like XPLAN, Quilter, or similar is advantageous).
