Our client, a thriving business in Hatfield, is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of their operations by supporting administrative processes and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Administrator – Job Details:

Administrator – Responsibilities:

  • Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and internal departments to ensure efficient job processing.
  • Managing administrative tasks to agreed deadlines using in-house systems and workflows.
  • Logging and managing product samples for despatch.
  • Handling credit, charge notes, and re-invoice requests where applicable.
  • Investigating and logging delivery complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Managing returns and ensuring regular despatch to customers.
  • Completing necessary administration and reports to meet client and business requirements.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for tasks such as photocopying and printing as required.

Administrator – What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level or higher).
  • Experience in customer service and working to deadlines.
  • Confident in following written instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable working with data and creating reports.
