We are recruiting for a Client Onboarding Administrator on behalf of our client, an industry-leading organisation. The role is focused on supporting the onboarding and migration of new customers onto the company's service platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, generating compliance and sales reports, and providing ongoing support to the Sales and Relationship teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the full process of onboarding and migrating new clients onto the company's system.
- Manage the Projects & team inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
- Create and manage sales and compliance reports using Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain and update the central database of client accounts.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including processing applications through regulatory systems.
- Draft and send agreements and amendments to clients for service launches and contract changes.
- Provide data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within key client groups.
- Support price changes and renewal adjustments.
- Monitor and coordinate ongoing onboarding projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide general administrative support to the client relationship management team and assist with ad hoc reporting.
Person Specification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, data entry, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- Strong team player with a professional and approachable manner.
