Head of Sales FTC - Northern Home Counties - Salary Negotitable DOE

3 Month FTC - Potential to extend

Head of Sales Required for Regional Fixed Term Appointment for Private Care Homes

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and lead the sales function for a portfolio of newly commissioned care homes in the Northern Home Counties.

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving a sales culture that aligns with the organisation's high standards of care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive sale and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue across the group's properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a dynamic sales and marketing strategy to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Managers to enhance their performance and ensure exceptional customer engagement.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and influencers to generate interest and drive inquiries.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the management of sales pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from inquiries to admissions.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align sales initiatives with the overall goals of the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role within the care home or healthcare sector.
  • A strong track record of achieving occupancy growth and delivering sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
