We are seeking an experienced handyman for a position located between Hatfield and Potters Bar.
The role is based at a Care Home for young adults and involves general DIY repairs, decorating, maintenance checks, and liaising with the site manager.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role and will be expected to participate in a one-week on-call rota.
The position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with full training provided.

We require an experienced handyman for our client based between Hatfield and Potters Bar.

Based at a Care Home for young adults you will be tasked with be tasked with carrying out the following

General DIY repairs around site

Assisting in all decorating

Assisting in regular checks and maintenance

Liasing the site manager reporting all faults and defects

Assisting in general repairs

Coordinating and supporting contractors whilst onsite and completing of all paperwork and tool checks

Participate in a 1 week oncall rota

You will be working in an established team and full training will be given

37.5 hours per week
