We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our teaching staff, assisting in the delivery of high-quality education to students of all abilities. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.
-Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
-Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
-Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.
-Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.
-Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.
-Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.
