Are you HR professionals who has a passion for employee relations? Or have you gained some exposure working as a HR generalist and now want to specialise within employee relations?

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

The office is based in Hatfield and initially you will work 5 days per week onsite. There will be some flexibility after completing your probation period with 2 days working from home.

£34,500 - £36,500 per annum

Role

  • Assist the ER Manager in providing general employee relations advice, casework support to managers leading on formal ER processes.
  • Providing ER advice & administrative support to managers dealing with ER issues
  • This will include probationary concerns, performance management, supporting restructures, sickness absence, disciplinary & grievance investigations, managing change and redundancy.
  • Support and assist the with the delivery of the Occupational Health Service
  • Promote awareness of the Employees Assistance Programme that provides a confidential advice and counselling service to employees.
  • Raise awareness of report & support, which is an online reporting tool to raise concerns about inappropriate behaviour in the workplace.
  • Assist the ER Manager in arranging job evaluation panel meetings
  • Undertake HR project work as required by the ER Manager.
