An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Customer Solutions Analyst for our blue chip client based in Hatfield, Herts. In this hybrid role (3 days per week in Hatfield, 2 days remote) you will be providing front line technical support and solutions to internal and external product stakeholders. You will be expected to assist with client onboarding, technical issue resolution via support channels, and ensure the smooth operation of customer facing applications and services. You will work closely with internal departments and stakeholders, to ensure seamless service delivery for our client.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring clients have the best possible experience, have a keen interest in IT, with a knowledge of SQL and general IT skills, be able to provide first line support to the client's application and have excellent written and verbal communication skills with and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

This role will suit someone who has a passion for IT and will quickly learn how the clients software application works, you will have some previous expereince of customer support and be a self starter, who is well organised and professional.

After your initial onsite induction, the role will be onsite 3 days per week in Hatfield and 2 days remote, so candidates will need to be in a senisble commuting distance of Hatfield.

A starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits is on offer to the right candidate, with the opportunity to develop and progress within the business.
