Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the live operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring service excellence. This role is key to maintaining profitability and high operational standards while supporting the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities 

- Lead the live operations team to deliver high performance.  

- Ensure service levels are consistently exceeded for shippers and carriers.  

- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of the Carrier Self Billing program.  

- Work closely with the on boarding team to smoothly integrate new partners.  

- Uphold company values while ensuring profitability through accurate platform transactions.  

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in road freight (UK/Ireland).  

- Proven leadership and management skills.  

- Strong understanding of UK & Ireland geography.  

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  

- Strong ability to motivate and lead teams to exceed operational targets.
