Production Coordinator – About Our Client:Our client is a well-established business looking for a highly organised individual to join their team as a Production Coordinator. Production Coordinator – Details
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (early finish on Fridays)
- Office-based
Production Coordinator – Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution
- Raising purchase orders and overseeing sample inspections
- Monitoring orders through to warehouse delivery
- Liaising with major retail customers via email and telephone
- Working closely with the Design team on all projects
- Coordinating logistics, including booking and planning deliveries with freight forwarders
- Communicating with overseas factories to ensure production timelines are met
Production Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel and IT proficiency
- Ability to work to critical paths and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Minimum GCSE pass in English & Maths
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in production or logistics planning is beneficial but not essential
