Our client, a well-established organisation based in Hatfield, is currently hiring for a Part-Time Marketing Executive to join their dynamic events and marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and proactive marketing professional looking for shorter part time hours over 4-5 days (hours to be discussed with you).

Please note, this role is office based, unless out attending an event.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Executive, you will support the business with a wide range of marketing tasks, including:

  • Website Management: Updating and maintaining website content on Squarespace.
  • Social Media Management: Overseeing LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, using Hootsuite for scheduling and planning posts.
  • Email Campaigns: Sending out regular email marketing through Mailchimp.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring online engagement with Google Analytics and ensuring e-signatures are updated regularly.
  • Creative Design: Creating marketing collateral such as flyers, infographics, customer information packs, brochures, and materials for events (roller banners, programs, menus, etc.) using Canva.
  • Supplier Coordination: Obtaining competitive quotes from print suppliers and managing the production of marketing materials.
  • Event Support: Assisting with the promotion of upcoming events using the in-house CRM system and creating PowerPoint presentations for event speakers.
  • Webinar facilitating: Occasionally supporting webinar events via platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp
