Are you a Lifting Equipment Engineer or similar looking for a role within a rapidly growing SME that supply to a range of high-end clients, providing constant development alongside a generous pay package?

This company supply to a number of high profile film studios and production companies. With over two decades of experience, they are undergoing continuous growth of clientele and thus looking to expand. With a deep routed passion for enabling their employees success, they're always looking to deliver additional courses and training, as well as provide progression opportunities.

This role will see the suitable candidate prepare, service, and present a wide range of hoists and lifting equipment whilst also maintaining equipment upon return to facilitate high quality stock. This role will show your written and verbal communication skills, when completing risk assessment and progress reports.

The Role:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of a wide variety of lifting equipment including Manual / Powered Hoists and lifting accessories according to LOLER and PUWER standards
  • Identify and document equipment defects, malfunctions and safety concerns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed inspections reports for compliance purposes
  • Service, Repair and Inspect lifting equipment in the company workshop
  • Complete necessary paperwork in line with the companies set procedures
  • Adhering to QHSE regulations to ensure accurate and effective inspections
  • Perform a range of repairs in line with regulations

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • LEEA Qualifications are advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence
