My client are seeking a Disclosure Reporting Lead & Medical Team Assistant to join their team for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves supporting the Medical Director and various teams within the UK and EMEA regions, focusing on the disclosure of the Transfer of Values (ToV) to various healthcare stakeholders.
Day-to-day of the role:
Team Assistant Duties:
- Support the new supplier process for the Medical Director for Northern Europe, UK Market Access team, Medical Information team, Medical Compliance team, and Signatory Hub team.
- Initiate the onboarding of new vendors in Ariba.
- Input new vendor information and liaise with vendors as required.
- Support with risk assessments and keep teams updated on progress.
- Raise MSA requests and purchase orders on receipt of signed contracts.
- Process payments for subscriptions, memberships, training, meetings, and associated activities.
- Attend budget meetings for each team to update on payments and good receipts.
- Process expenses for the Medical Director for Northern Europe and department expenses for the Medical Information team and Medical Compliance team.
- Ad-hoc approval of materials using their internal system.
- Serve as the point of contact for all administration requests.
Disclosure Reporting Lead Duties:
- Responsible for the disclosure of ToV made to UK and Irish HCPs, HCOs, Patient Organisations/Charities, and UK Members of Public.
- Coordinate all ToV to UK and Irish recipients and ensure they are loaded to the central transparency system.
- Review monthly Disclosure Transaction Reports with Team Assistants.
- Support UK Team Assistants with the upload of direct and indirect ToV and handle disclosure queries.
- Regularly download and review test disclosure reports to reconcile and clean the data.
- Own the Disclosure SOP and Working Practice.
- Conduct final reviews of the data with all affiliates who have made a payment to a UK or Irish recipient to confirm the data is accurate.
- Submit the data annually in line with mandatory deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice would be beneficial
- Demonstrated team administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in organising meetings and managing complex schedules.
- Knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding of expense processes is advantageous.
