A Tenant Liaison Officer is needed in the Welwyn Garden City area for a contract with a well-established social housing contractor.
The role involves keeping tenants updated on work processes, communicating with contractors, and managing access requests.
Candidates should have experience in TLO, CLO, or RLO roles, as well as experience with kitchen and bathroom surveys in social housing.
A full UK Driving Licence is required for this position.
The salary for this role is £19.78 per hour, and it includes a company van, fuel card, phone, and tablet.

I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Welwyn Garden City area, to work on a contract for a well established social housing contractor.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:

Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
Communication with the contractors
Access requests
Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.

To be successful as a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:

Experienced in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
Experience working on kitchen and bathroom surveys
Experience in a similar role within social housing
Have a full UK Driving Licence
