The role is to provide an OH clinic and act as the deputy in the provision of a comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) service. The role will involve: - To undertake pre-employment/placement screening, fitness for work - Undertake immunisation programmes- Participate in the management of inoculation injuries- Undertake health surveillance as required. - Provide initial confidential support and advice following serious incidents - To manage own case load including case management relating to the management of absence attributable to sickness, providing advice and recommendations to both management and the individual concerned- Provide direct line management to OH nurses- Support with recruitment, clinical supervision and team development- Support OH department in delivering cost effective services To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong occupational health and leadership experience.
